The apartment complex is clean, well-maintained, and the management team is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. I would recommend it to others!

The manager, Shawna, at west valley was so helpful and friendly. She explained things with such clarity. I did not feel rushed with my time spent with her. She was patient with my questions and concerns and put me at ease in having to navigate all that needs to be done in order to rent an apartment. Thank you Shawna so very much!

Haven't lived here, This is a review of my experience with management and a tour. Shauna was personable, helpful, and was able to be transparent on fees and cost breakdowns. Answered questions and was helpful! Definitely added to my overall experience and perception of the property.

My goodness! I wasn’t expecting the building to be in such great condition — it’s far better than the place I moved from. After 5 months here, I can honestly say I love both the building and the management. No complaints so far, so keep up the great work!

I just moved here from California to be closer to family, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I took advantage of the 1-month free move-in special, which was such a great deal with zero regrets. The unit is perfect, the building is super clean, and I don’t have to fight for a parking space like I did at my old apartment. I can already see myself staying here for at least 3+ years.

What a difference a new manager can make. From looking at all kinds of apartments for my nephew we chose this one. The manger Shawna was so informative. She explained all the fees, rent packages and floor plans we could choose from. She made us feel co identity in choosing this location. I’d highly recommend this if you are looking for a new home. 10/10
